IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT TICKETS AND PASSES !!
Please note that tickets and passes will NOT be shipped in advance. They will be available for pick up at the door. Please bring with you a proof of payment (PayPal confirmation email) and ID to expedite the procedure.
Note that the only exceptions are with the diamond passes purchased prior to April 10, 2010. These are the only passes that will be mailed out. Please note that because of delay needed to produce the festival t-shirt, that the shipping for the Diamond passes will not start before the end of January. Please check for updates on when we will start the shipping of those.
If (and when) problems happens with the shipping, we will have in hands a complete list of the online transactions at the venue door to help the ones that would have lost there paypal confirmation email or the ones that would have not receive there diamond passes.
All sales are final! we are NOT responsible if you get refused at the Canadian borders because of missing required documents (passport, visa for the ones that need one). Please visit the Montreal info section for more informations on the procedures to pass the Canadian border. We are also not responsible if a band on the festival line up need to cancel because of reasons out of the Kinetik Productions power. |

Be advise that this event will be sold rapidly due to the venues capacity. Be safe, buy your tickets/passes in advance. We can not guarantee that they will have some left the day of the events, specially after the 2009 partial event sold out.
Tickets and passes (exepted for the Diamond pass) should be available in Montreal stores arround February 13 (check the website for updates) and they should arrive in the other cities in the fallowing weeks. ::
